Banking and Finance

Financing and Credit Transactions. Noble Law Group serves as lender’s counsel for a number of originators of commercial mortgage loans. These mortgage loans are secured by a variety of property types, including apartments and residential communities (multi-family and single family), office buildings, retail properties, storage facilities, industrial properties, hotels and motels, assisted living facilities and congregate care and nursing home facilities. Noble Law Group lawyers have substantial experience advising lenders on borrower’s structuring of special purpose, bankruptcy-remote entities.

Acquisition and Construction Lending. NLG lawyers have extensive experience representing lenders as well as borrowers in acquisition, construction, and lending transactions. These transactions involve a wide range of properties and projects, including apartment buildings, residential developments including condominiums, townhomes, duplexes and single family homes, condominium conversions, retail shopping centers, mixed-use developments, build-to-suit sites, assisted living facilities, and congregate care and nursing home facilities, light industrial facilities, and industrial parks.

Tax Increment Financing (TIF) District Transactions. NLG lawyers have represented clients in acquiring properties located in TIF Districts.

Industrial Revenue Bond (IRB) Transactions. NLG lawyers have represented both lenders and borrowers in transactions where the borrower is acquiring or refinancing properties in conjunction with IRB financing.

Asset-based Lending Transactions. Our lawyers have significant experience in handling asset-based loans.

Commercial Foreclosures. We represent several lenders in commercial mortgage foreclosures and our clients rely on the wealth of knowledge of our lawyers in efficiently prosecuting foreclosures so as to maximize our clients' recovery.

Workout Proceedings. NLG lawyers draw on their experience in lending transactions and knowledge of secured transactions to assist lenders in achieving the lender’s goals in workout proceedings.
