Scott specializes in structuring complex business transactions, business planning and strategy. He represents real estate developers, manufacturers, companies in service industries, and other entrepreneurs. In the real estate arena, Scott represents residential, commercial and hotel developers with respect to real estate acquisitions, divestitures, development, financing, leasing and construction.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: Scott was involved as counsel in the acquisition, financing, structuring and leasing of over 3 million square feet of mixed-use commercial real estate projects in Chicago's River North neighborhood.. Scott brings his own personal experience from his active involvement in the development, ownership, and management of multi-family and single-family residential, office and commercial properties since the late 1980s.
